Exit Strategies Property Solutions was built around a simple idea: do good work, communicate clearly, and treat every property like it matters.
I started Exit Strategies because I saw a need for a property services company that could do more than show up, complete one task, and disappear. Homeowners, landlords, property managers, and commercial clients need people they can depend on, people who understand the entire scope of a project and can help move it from problem to finished result.
Today, Exit Strategies handles painting, drywall repair, cabinet refinishing, cleaning, turnovers, exterior work, property maintenance, and larger projects coordinated through trusted trade partners. My role is making sure the customer has one clear point of contact, the scope is understood, the work is handled correctly, and we leave the property better than we found it.
I’m proud of the reputation we’re building throughout Lansing and Mid Michigan, but I’m even more proud that our growth is coming from real work, repeat customers, referrals, and relationships.
We’re not trying to be the biggest company overnight. We’re building a company people remember because we showed up, communicated, solved the problem, and stood behind the work.

OSHA 30-Hour Construction certified. D'Paris completed the OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training for the Construction Industry and serves as Exit Strategies' designated safety coordinator. Every job runs under a written safety plan.
