A turnover service only works as a routine. We set a standing checklist for your property, keep the same standard across every turn, and flag wear — scuffed walls, tired caulk, wobbly hardware — before it shows up in a review. When paint, drywall or small repairs are needed between guests, the same crew can handle them.
What we need from you
Access instructions, your linen arrangement, and a stocked supply of the basics you want restocked. Everything else — the checklist, the scheduling, the finish check — is on us.

Can you handle same-day turnovers?
Often, yes. Same-day flips are a normal part of our scheduling — tell us your check-out and check-in times when you book and we will confirm availability for that window.
Do you handle laundry?
Your way: laundered on-site during the turn, swapped from your backup sets, or coordinated with your laundry service. Tell us the setup and we follow it.
Do you work with property managers or only individual hosts?
Both. We clean for individual hosts with one listing and for managers running multiple units across the Lansing area — one checklist per property, one point of contact.
