Painting, drywall repair, cleaning, and property maintenance don’t require a Michigan builder’s license — that’s the work we contract directly. Work that does require a license, like roofing, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, is performed by licensed contractors who pull the required permits. On larger projects run by a licensed general contractor, we work as a subcontractor under that contractor’s license. We carry our own general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and provide certificates of insurance on request.
