How we keep this site usable for everyone.
Exit Strategies Property Solutions is committed to making exitstrategiesmi.com usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Every image on this site carries descriptive alt text. Every form field is labeled, the estimate form uses grouped controls with a visible status message, and the navigation, menus, and project filters are keyboard-operable with visible focus indicators. Text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios, the layout supports browser zoom and text resizing up to 200%, and animations respect reduced-motion settings.
Accessibility is ongoing work. We review new pages and photos against the same standard before they go live.
We do not use third-party accessibility overlay widgets, which can interfere with the assistive technology people already rely on.
If you have trouble using any part of this site, tell us and we will fix it: info@exitstrategiesmi.com or 517-402-1001.
