What information do you collect?
When you request an estimate, you share your name, email address and/or phone number, project details, project location, your preferred contact method, and any project photos you upload. Submitting the form transmits this information securely to our server, where it is emailed to our team so we can respond to your request. Contact and estimate-request information may be retained for up to one year for follow-up, estimating, recordkeeping, and customer-service purposes.
How is it used?
Your details are used only to prepare and follow up on your estimate request. They are not sold, rented or shared with marketers.
Project photos
Photos you upload through the estimate form, or text or email separately, are used only to evaluate your project. Photos uploaded through the Instant Estimate tool are automatically deleted after 90 days, unless you proceed with Exit Strategies and the images are reasonably needed as part of your active project or customer record.
Text messages
If you choose Text as your preferred contact method, or text us first, we may reply by text about your request. If you check the texting-consent box on the form, you agree we may also send you text messages about our services at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.
Website analytics and cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. The only third-party request is Google Fonts, which loads typefaces and sets no cookies.
